Lady is rude she talks about you behind your back and think you don't understand her.. Had me waiting and took 2 days to finisj my hair will never be going back to this place.

This salon provides an unprofessional service. Manager seems to be fixated on how many customers she can get in the salon rather than concentrating on quality hair styling and products.

I experienced the manager to be rather rude, abrupt and has no experience in customer care!

This is a despicable salon and would never recommend anyone going there unless you want your hair style rushed or wish to wait numerous hours even when you have booked an appointment! Highly terrible service!
If want customers manager needs to deliver customer care. Sadly this is NOT the case!

The most exceptional hair dressing saloon. The owner is well respected and has an outstanding customer service skills. The saloon atmosphere is so peaceful. The hair do she does are so perfect and second to none. I'll recommend this saloon to every one!!!!!

I have used many afro hair salons in this area, I have religiously come back to comforts every month for the past year. I am very very fussy with my hair and at this present time I don't trust anyone else to do my hair except comforts hair and beauty. I always get exactly what i ask for, I have always been happy with the service and I have never left without leaving a well deserved tip. I have recommended the salon to my family and close friends and strangers always ask where I get my hair done. So I am a very happy a loyal customer.

Found the owner rude, and did not listen to what I wanted. One lady installed a weave but had to leave before finishing. The owner came over to style. Again I showed the picture of what I wanted but she didn't seem to pay attention. She ended up messing up a perfectly good weave and kept cutting even when I said stop. I had to remove the hair next day. Will not be returning here especially when there are so many other hairdressers in the area.
