I really don’t think the previous reviews can be about Studio AC.
I have used them for 8 years (old management and new), and the talented staff are consistently professional, polite and always ready to help.
The only male stylist does NOT own it, and is extremely professional. The slur on him in the review is ridiculous and very unkind.

I had an appointment on 05.05.2022 at 17:05pm for a cut and blow dry. After having my hair cut by a female stylist who helpfully provided guidance regarding styling and acted in an extremely professional manner, the manager/owner approached to complete drying and styling. However, his manner at times was overfriendly, over familiar and to me it felt inappropriate. For example, brushed hair off my chest (there was no hair there) and standing too close behind me once my appointment was finished.

I felt my personal space continued to be encroached upon despite me moving away on more than one occasion. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and overshadowed an otherwise pleasant and appropriate experience. As a result, I would feel uncomfortable returning to or recommending the salon.

Nice haircut but the staff was really really rude. I got there for haircut and toner and I have been just directed to sit down without even asking me what haircut/colour I want. The girl washing your hair really goes into your scalp with her nails and it's really not pleasant.
Some other girl comes and starts drying my hair randomly so I tell her I need a haircut and she goes away annoyed. The third girl is finally the one cutting my hair. Passive aggressive through out the cut, at the very end she's almost shouting at me to GET up ("stand up.. JUST GET UP AND TURN!! " so that I can see my hair with a second mirror. I started to get confused as she is shouting at me and once I get up she pulls the chair away from me and gives me the mirror very annoyed as in "do it yourself". They only bothered asking me about the toner when I was at the till.
I will never return. I am more stressed now than when I got here. This haircut was supposed to be a treat for myself and turned into anxiety for no reason.
