Toni & Cut

I came to this place last yr one day before lockdown to get my nails done. I saw a rush for hair and wanted to get my hair colour changed as the blonde was coming out. So i inquired with (Toni salon owner) he had told me he can achieve any colour and was very adamant he could change my hair colour. After some thinking i decided to go for it as we were going into lockdown and i was unsure if i would get another chance for a while. Biggest mistake of my life. He left bleach in my hair root to end under the heat for one whole hour and changed my hair into yellow. At this point my head was burning. After this he went in with the colour. Blow dried my hair whilst i faced away from the mirror as it was a ‘surprise’ i turned around and i had goldie locks golden hair ( i had asked for a ash blonde dark blonde) i wanted to cry but kept my cool. At this point my mother asked to show the colour i chose put it next to my head and it was a complete opposite colour. To this point he said he would colour over this again. Shops all closed he continue to do my hair at 11:00 pm he was working on my hair since 7:00pm. My head was soo sensitive and my scalp was on fire. In the end he achieved still not a similar tone. Fried my hair and left my hair damaged for life. I cannot explain to anyone how my hair use to be in texture in thickness my hair is fine brittle and can see my scalp in the light thats how much he damaged my hair follicle. I was so afraid seeing the golden on me that i said to change it to anything darker as i refused to go into lockdown looking like Goldie locks. Later on i emailed him never heard back. Im the kind of person that i cant be rude on the spot to someones face im hesitant, but when i tell you i felt a deep sadness knowing that my hair will never be the same again. Whilst he was doing my hair he told me he learnt ‘by him self’ and later on after a few months i went back and he knew i was the same person who's hair he messed up badly. The new stylist even said ‘who did this to your hair’ when i went back for a hair cut. I still couldn't have the courage to tell him how badly he messed it up. All im saying to you all is toni is no professional he experimented on my hair whilst he was looking for a hair stylist and my hair will never ever be the same. The damage has been done. Please be careful when you go here please put your money and trust in a professional who understands hair and will take care of it. Your hair will never be the same once damaged to these extreme lengths i had to be prescribed scalp ointment after all this. Its not worth it. I am now left with thin, very damaged hair to the point where all my curls have gone it has been a yr nothing has gotten better but the texture slightly after many many months of oiling, masking and hair treatments for hydration. Still not the same it is so weak and damaged my heart is broken my hair will never be the same all because of tonis £240 worth of unprofessionalism and unfulfilled promises.

Fabulous salon, cut mine and my daughters hair beautifully. Fully recommend and they were lovely, polite and helpful too. Will certainly be back.

The best hairdressers and beauty salon I have been to in a long time, all the staff and friendly and helpful. They tengaged with me and made me feel so comfortable.I had my eyebrows shaped and tinted what an amazing job never had them tinted before what a difference. no the lady who did my eyebrows was Elena would highly recommend. Had a perm and cut done by Matteao the best perm I have ever had done. He and he fellow colleagues made me laugh and smile. Plenty of cups of tea. Customer service was above and beyond. Thanks to all the staff that work in there will definitely be going back looks like it will become my regular Beauty and hair salon from mow on. Thanks for the best experience ever. Pauline.
