Made my 14 year old cry. £55 for the worst cut - not even a cut. Hairdresser never spoke with my daughter before hair was washed, had no idea how to deal with long curly hair and viciously brushed it with out any care or product. Avoid.

Got ripped off. Website price list says one thing, and sometimes one price gets charged, other times they conjure up another number that doesn't exist. And when this was queried all I got was rudeness and aggression. Avoid.

I got my nails done here and they were quick, efficient and friendly. It was perfect as I was in a rush!

The most awful and unfriendly place to get a hair cut. The hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted to keep my long hair but needed a trim a some layers put in. Instead I had 4 inches chopped off and looked like something from the 70’s as the layers were so short! I was so upset. She rushed so much and cut and blow dried my hair in 15 mins! She was rushing to serve the next customer. Please don’t waste any time or money on this place- never again. The hygiene Levels were shocking and the lady washing my hair didn’t wear a mask. I should have walked out! It’s shocking how bad this place is on ALL levels!!

very disappointed with this salon, I called up and explained what I wanted and was given a price but then told another price at the till.
I was rushed and at blow drying my hair had one person either side pulling my hair so tight I was in pain.
my highlights and colour was not how I wanted it and on complaining was hushed out the door.
personally I would not visit them again

I went there to get my hair straightened and coloured. After having spent a good deal, the hair colour is not what I asked for and neither are my hair straight enough.

The chap just didn't want to listen. The shadd of my hair is so dark; not recommending this place.

I've just moved into the area. V nervous to try out new hair stylists and beautician. It's highly recommended to me by my neighbours & a few local friends I’ve just met. They are so lovely, can't do enough for you, v pleased with my highlight & cut, also nails and waxing under one roof, love it!

They could improve by listening to their clients especially new ones rather than rushing them in and out again. In and out in 20mins hardly any improvement on my hair and not worth the money. Where's the customer service. It was non existent. Never going there again!! I'd give zero if I could
