I love dimples in Tooting . I have been coming here for around 7 years. Fenny and Natalya are my favourite . Both are very professional, friendly kind, supportive and I am always happy with their work . Mauri also does my hair every few months . He is also great ! I feel like they are part of my family . My daughter also go to Dimples too . Very happy and would not go to another salon . I moved to Streatham two years ago and still come back to Tooting .

I absolutely love the whole team at this salon. If your looking for salon that everybody takes pride in what they do then this is definitely the salon for you. I’m proud to have them in our downtown area and being a downtown resident I believe they bring a positive vibe to our community. I love having them as my neighbors.

Thanks for looking after us all on Saturday. Everyone really enjoyed their massages, etc. And the cup of tea & chat were perfect. Will certainly be back to visit next time I'm in Tooting!

It's a nice and fun place to have a pedicure at!
Manicures are good too.
I go for their shellac exclusive which is a bit more than the basic manicure expense, but worth it nevertheless!

It's a cool place with a lot of options to do hair facials from, to say the least... I've had a good experience every time, no complains..

A simple fringe cut was done in great detail and precision by the hairstylist they referred to as 'Madge'.
Madge was excellent in her work, very impressive for a simple fringe cut. Recommend...

I have always had less access to Dimples Tooting branch, especially after having some troubles with my waxing a few years ago. But decided to give a go again after a few good words from acquaintances, so tried my (wait for it) waxing yet again. And I must say it was done professionally.
Full points for making your service better than before, I truly appreciate and believe growth and development is essential for any business.

Its a well off place, with a good ambience and an extremely long list of services and treatments related to beauty and spa, as I checked their website before actually going.
The staff is great and inclusive, which was truly nice to see.
Will probably go again, as my first experience was quite fruitful (full body massage, facial and manicure).

I have explored much of the vast services that all branches of Dimples's Offer, and recommend them strongly

Dimples in Tooting should be avoided at all costs. They are rude and inexperienced. I went in for a shellac manicure/pedicure and left with butchered cuticles, a colour that had to be redone as the staff member was inexperienced and it chipped off the following day. They did not apologise nor offer me any discount for the poor service instead charged me £90. I went back the next day to complain and they were so rude and would only give a refund for part of the price I paid. I asked for the shellac to be removed and my once nice nails are in tatters. I will never go there again!

I was disappointed in the way the lady that waxed me was rude and cold during a waxing of the intimate area. When she struggled to remove wax- I thought it unprofessional to keep on reminding me that my hair was strong . I know this isn't the case as I have been to other skilled waxers who have never made me feel that I am difficult due to my hair. I found her distracted - uneven and totally uncaring. I felt compelled to feed this back as I have been once before and the skill of the waxed was very poor.

I've been going to the Victoria branch for some time. It's been great. I recently discovered the Tooting branch which is closer. 1st time=they were nice. 2nd time=rude bad service. I arrived in a good mood & left in a bad mood! The therapist today is likely more used to dealing with cattle & was rude and distracted. I left with pieces of wax stuck on me - sticking to everything! With the threading I was ignored several times while she kept looking at reception to see if she could fit in more clients. My eyebrows & threading are uneven. Not once was I asked if I was happy with the treatments!

My mum and sister have been going to Dimples for year to get their eyelashes died and eyebrows thread for which they are excellent.

Worst manicure ever. I had a regular manicure which chipped within two days. I went back and they redid it for free which was excellent service. However it was rushed and it's clear that they don't replace their stock regularly because it's gloppy and cracks. This has chipped nearly completely off in 3 days and destroyed my nails. My mums shellac is worse. She has had 3 nails chip in 4 days. This shouldn't happen for three weeks! Terrible manicure but nice

The staff is very polite , but my last bikini wax wasn't done properly..,I hope was just a mistake that time...
Overall I think that the prices are not too high

I do not agree with the rest of these comments. I've been many times and the staff have been polite and helpful. had a full wax, face threading and pedicure today and am very happy with the level of care given. maybe it is more busy and therefore hectic at the weekend. only 8 stars because it could be a bit cheaper but still happy with the service!

I wish I could rate dimples 0 out of 10 but I had to select 1. I went there to get a facial and after a consultation they recommended the most expensive service which was supposed to be very good for my skin. The lady used several products and was very firm saying I had black heads on my nose. I was left with scaring and a cut on my nose. Staff lack experience and proffesionalism avoid this place for your own safety.

Went there today for body wax and eyebrow threading as my usual beautician was busy and i experienced the worst experience ever! Very inexperienced staff and rude and no knowledge whatsoever! Absolutely over-priced for nothing special and the beautician ripped skin under my eyebrows off! I would never go there again and they still charged me after the awful service and hurting me!

There is no lack of product knowledge, extremely poor customer service from management to staff. Both staff and management (those who can communicate) are abrupt, and rude. They have not heard of customer care or would not know what it was if they were hit in the face with it! Completely appalled by this service and I cannot believe how they can get away with this. They should be checked by the beauty standards as I believe these are not being met.

Under NO circumstances enter this place!

Its not really a good experience its so true that some girls don't even know what they doing. They dont concentrate on the waxing and you come out with burns. I'd prefer to be hairy than getting waxed from there absolutely horrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

I've been going to this salon for the past year and have had various experiences both good and bad however have chosen to not return except in emergency:

Waxing: overall was ok. Got it done 10-12 times there, however on 2 occasions I had to be waxed by 2 beauticians at the same time each working on different areas (I think because there were too many bookings and they could not keep up). Another time hot wax (without strips) had been used without my prior consent and therefore I was charged more. Finally, one of the beautician took away skin when doing a Brazilian bikini wax, putting the same strip on the area and pulling it off and then putting it back on and then pulling it off again and again and again...

Facials: Got them done 10-12 times there, however the last 2 times the beautician was scrubbing too hard regardless of my request to be more gentle, I thought my skin would be scraped away and the during the facial steaming, the steam was placed very close to my skin and without any covering on my eyes...I couldn't help moving my face to avoid getting burnt.

Threading: get them done very often, it's not very expensive but for some reason when settling the payment, the final cost varies from one person to another... once a beautician also refused to thread my face because there was not enough hair and asked that she wax me instead (and I had to pay more for this).

It's difficult for me to rate this salon because experiences can change from one visit to the other but I refuse to return there because last time, I wanted to purchase £ 5 face wash (labelled price) but this was incorrect and I was asked to pay £ 10. Hence, I preferred to not buy. The Manager then tried to bargain with me bringing the price to £ 7 which I found cheeky seeing that I was very regular client and that she could have admitted that the label was incorrect and made me pay the labelled price instead of bargaining with me (I’m the client! I’m the one who should be bargaining!)

Was not happy with the service. Went for makeup I honestly could have done a better job myself!!! The manager was not helpful.

I have had mixed experiences at Dimples. I go for threading and leg waxing. It is an absolute bargain as others have mentioned. Staff are friendly and will always fit you in. However I was left with burn marks after a bikini wax. I agree that some of the staff are not experienced. So now I go there for the basics and to other places for more delicate jobs. You get what you pay for really. Overall good value for money but don't go expecting to have top quality treatments for minimal costs.

Dreadful hair cut, price is reflective. Don't go there if you want or have short hair like mine. A bob.

I think Dimples Beauty is fantastic.
They are the best at threading eyebrows and their prices are fantastically low.
I go there to have Pedicures, bikini waxing and eye brow threading once a month and it comes to less than £40... AMAZING!
Staff are polite. They are not really chatty when just getting eyebrows done as there is such a huge demand of eyebrow threading. So if you want to feel loved dont JUST get a thread.

i went to dinmplesbeauty by recommendation as my friend goes to get facials and waxing done......i booked for waxing and vitamin facial i must say it was the best facial ive ever had and the therapists are so quick and accurate in waxing i had my legs and brazalian waxing done i must say the best wax ive ever had done.... i was so relaxed with the facial ther was light music on candles lit the whole atmosphere and the treatment was carried out excellent. every1 is so friendly and after i had threading also which £3 only and waxing brazalian only £12 great value and excellrnt service ................i hav found my permanent beauty salon...........pls every1 try dimples its the best place to get all treatments........excellent!!!!!

I always had good experiences here. The threading is amazing, quick and only a couple of quid.
The hair cuts and blow dries were good and cheap.
I recommended it to a friend who did waxing and she was pleased as well, so I do recommend this place.
