I go to rupas regularly. The beauticians are very professional and good. Especially reema kuldeep and preeti. I have regular facials and waxing and am very happy with them

I love this place rupas Techniques and i love their staff they so nice and friendly they treat you like a queen whoever talking rubbish don't listen to them this place is so good and they very professional they do proper job I don't have any complain about them there reema....kuldeep....and preeti they so nice and friendly they always helpful for me I love go there and treat myself so from me 5 star guys

Attitude & customer service skills need to be improved.
Uncomfortable environment & unprofessional.
Been there for beauty treatment and was not worth what I paid.
Staff are unqualified and discuss other clients in front of the customers.
Will not go back. Please do not go there you will walk out disappointed.

Great service went there today it was great , thought after wax will have to go nail shop no they do it all it's great. Treated myself with facial and gelish pedicure and manicure not to forget wax but I must say I had reat service for low costing . I will defo be going back . Hip hip hurray found somewhere good at last.
