I went there last week as they wanted models. I was told to colour my hair it would be £15 & a lady who was extremely rude shouted out that as my hair was long it would be £25 which I said was OK as it was color ,wash and blow dry. I went to the salon yesterday I was late due to train delays , was told that would not receive the blow dry but hair sample was shown of one sample that was tried on my hair and completely another colour was done . I went to work& was told how awful it was .I cld bck spk to manageress who was rude & said I had to deal wit it as I was a model disappointed
