I came to your salon today and found the whole environment very uncomfortable.. music blaring out of a speaker. And all the staff were young girls messing around.. the young girl who came to do my hair.. a young blonde girl.. was critical about my hair mentioned how dry and damaged it was. I explained because of lockdown I hadn't been to the salon since February just before lockdown. And she explained that my mum who had done my hair needs to do it like this in future.. then kept picking up pieces of hair and saying look how damaged this piece is.. you need to stop straightening your hair or to put it blunt you will end up loosing all of your hair. Which made me feel very belittled. Then found it hard work when I asked I still wanted it straightened as my hair is wavy which is why I straighten it.. kept disappearing and going to talk to staff. Or other customers without saying oh sorry ill be back in a second. Then at the end of the treatment I insisted on having it straightened but only my fringe in the end.. then the girl said to me okay well you can go and pay now.. and marched off into the back didnt show me my hair in a mirror or ask if I was happy with the service I recieved. Very unhappy with the service I recieved will never return to this salon
