They burned my hair off! My stylist left bleach on my head for an hour and 15 mins, even though I'd told her that I'd been having the process done for years and it only takes 45 mins max on my hair. After an hour she hadn't even come back to check, I had to tell the disinterested reception staff that it was burning my scalp, but they didn't go and look for her. All my hair around my face, the base of my neck and my parting was completely singed off, I'm going to be dealing with the regrowth for a very long time. The stylist didn't even accept that anything had gone wrong. I emailed the company to complain and no one even replied. Awful salon.
