As a disabled pensioner, I thought I would treat myself to a very rare wash and blow dry. I went in in person to book.
The blow dry was ok, I did not feel the stylist took into account the fact that I asked her to be gentle.
The biggest shock was the price £51.00!!!
Apparently I’d been booked with a high level stylist. This was not made clear in any way when I booked.
I feel sickens and deeply upset by the amount of money this cost. I feel I was taken advantage of ?
No more ‘special treats ‘ for me .
