The Villager Hair Salon

I got screamed at just because I wanted to understand their booking service and how they charge for extra services (I was even accused of wanting free services, just because I told them I was never charged for a simple blow dry before). I understand dialogue usually solves everything, but I just got screamed at and was accused of having booked the wrong services (note that the booking on their website is totally misleading and forces you to book an additional service everytime, even if you don't want it). Even if you are right, there's no reason to be rude with people, especially your customers. I am shaky and can't stop crying, never in my life I was treated so badly. I feel very upset because I was a customer since 2018, when I first moved to London. Glad that there are other way better places out there. I'll make sure to tell all my friends in the area to avoid this place.
