Essential Touch

As a long time customer I was very shocked by the service I received. I paid for my extensions to get dyer lighter so they could match my hair, when I got there the e ye ruins were clearly darker than my hair and even darker then when I first brought them in. I obviously was not happy as I paid for them to match my hair colour which they said they could do. Instead of admiring their mistake they then tried to convince me that the hair colour was fine. I don’t know if anyone there is colour blind or what but the e ye ruins was way to dark for my hair. i asked for half my money back as I was not happy with how they turned out and they said no. Horrible service they are the rules up as they go, they messed up my expensive hair extensions and have no customer loyalty unless you are from their country.

I would highly not recommend, overly priced for the area and rubbish service.

Essential touch is fantastic. A very friendly atmosphere and excellent service. They keep my hair looking heathy and shiny. The eyebrow threading is gentle and very professional.
