I have just discovered something amazing in the heart of Notting Hill: a Halal butcher that looks more like a "Traditional English" butcher than your typical run of the mill halal butcher!
Not only that but the variety and quality of meat on display, especially at weekends, is top notch AND they deliver. For free!
Their lamb loin chops and rib-eye steaks are totally amazing.

If you want your meat cut or prepared in a particular way just ask them. My favourite is to have a rack of Welsh lamb French trimmed and chined, luverrly.
Ask for one of the brothers to serve you and you won't go far wrong by listening to their recommendations on which cuts are most suitable for the dish you wish to prepare.
