Great staff gave me exactly what I needed for my hair, even recommended not to spend or buy anything else before trying what he recommended and sold me. He's a gem. Very straight forward, tells you what will and won't work. How many people will do that, considering the fact, it's his shop. Nice staff.

I have been going to Charlies for many years and have always found the staff cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for my hair supplies and they sell big bottles so I have to make the trip less often.

I have been going to Charlies for more than 12 years and always have welcomed and always found good deals there.
Good people have bad days but it does not disqualify the person of Charlie or the reputation they built for more than 30 years.
I know also that sometimes we have bad days ourselves and ended up blaming others for our miserable day.
It is wise and mature not to take this little things and try to bring a bad reputation on some one just because we are having a bad day ourselves...

Charlie's is THE BEST hair shop known to man. Cheapest best quality hair, accessories and products. Service is ALWAYS professional and helpful. I refuse to go anywhere else.

I called Charlie's to find out the price of some hair and I was told by someone who works for Charlies that they do not give out prices "company policy". I have been shopping in Charlie's for more years than I can care to remember and the reason for me wanting to know the price of the hair is so that I could give the correct money to the person who will be buying the hair for me not knowing the price I guest I will be taking my business elsewhere... but overall Charlie's is a good hair and beauty shop and have very friendly and helpful staff, their prices are creeping up a bit compared to other hair and beauty shops and as we have to save the pennys sometimes Charlie's isn't at the top of my list as it has been in the past.

Charlie and Sons is well-establshed and stock what I need for mine and my kids hair. The service is great too. Best place in west London for hair dryers and ceramic straighteners. :-)
