While my masseuse, [ ] was wonderful, the owner of Infinity Therapy whom I never saw but HEARD loudly talking on the phone, and interrupting, our session calling [her] out, was so awful I was about to get up, request my money back and leave. My nerves were jagged.
Happily the boss left --- this is not her only business - and [she]started the clock again.
I am told lots of clients complain.
Advice to the boss.
Consider what your clients want and your competitors offer.
How about
a) ambient music in the rooms. (I requested and [she] brought in her phone)
b) towels on the beds for clients to drape themselves with (I delved into shelves to take some).
c) providing a glass of water for clients afterwards.
Most of all - keep quiet and keep out of the way.
Bad experience.
