Wouldn't recommend either - as they do not really pay attention to solving patients injury but rather multiply sessions to get more money out of you.

Wouldn't recommend. They seemed more interested in cross-selling all the other services they offer in-house (physiotherapy, personal trainer, gym membership, nutritionist, performance coach) than in helping me with my injury. I can't afford these so walked away not having been told anything that helped me get better.
