Hi, I’m Sylwia, a registered nutritional therapist and health coach. I specialise in gut health and conditions that are the consequences of a compromised gut.

To successfully address any gut problems you need to dive deep into the different aspects of gut health. Including the relationship between food, emotions, gut bugs, stress, lifestyle habits and medication that contribute to or exacerbate gut discomfort.

I do the detective work needed to get answers about root causes and life events that may have thrown gut function out of balance and educate and support my clients to get things under control, reduce or totally resolve all gut problems.
