Review of Physio facilities (they do yoga and pilates as well)
I have had 2 physio sessions so far, with 2 different physios. Although this might not sound ideal and I wasn't hugely happy with it at first, it's actually led me to write this review because both phyisos have been exemplary. They have been hugely knowledgeable & v helpful, also quite friendly.
4eg, my first session I had a bit of massage, some exercises, some acupuncture and came away understanding more about my injury than I had had after seeing both a GP & a consultant!not wanting to knock the NHS but this was way better
