This is a fantastic place with fantastic professionals. Starting with the perfect relaxing atmosphere and ending with the brilliant service, I do not understand the previous opinions. Apparently they were written by the competition.

I highly recommend this place if you want to get a terrible service and then abused in the process. It is a shame that they let out rooms to anyone, no guarantee who you are going to get. I would stay far far away.

I have been going to this spa since it opened and saddened to say it has recently gone downhill. They could improve by getting their booking system upgraded as have been double booked before and had abusive messages left on phone for not turning up to appointments that I had already had. The therapists are good but the systems unreliable so little confidence in appointments and not very nice to hear messages like that when you have just spent a lot of money there. I hope to see this improved
