I have used the beauty salon services and have found the staff to be professional and polite and the beauty treatment relaxing

I joined sequin park recently as I liked the location and number of classes it runs.

The classes are always popular with lots of people of all abilities and women of all ages and it isn't intimidating to attend for newcomers which is great.

But I have found most of the staff to be surly and rude. They have absolutely zero customer service skills and it is like getting blood out of a stone to get any information out of them, I leave feeling frustrated and fed up every time I visit.

When I joined I wasn't given any health check up, or asked for any previous medical history, it was just get me signed up and now get on with it. I still don't know how to actually use the machines in the gym as I haven't been shown how to despite me asking several times now to be booked in for a tour. Yes I am still waiting for a tour even though I've been a member for 3 months.......

I can't wait for my membership to run out so I can cancel it and move onto somewhere new that actually realise it is us members that make the gym run (with our money) so maybe treating us with a bit of respect would go a long way. If you want to attend the classes I would just pay for them per class, I don't recommend this gym to join at all.
