This is by far the best health club I have ever been a member of! They make you feel a part of a family, with friendly staff and members. They have the latest and best equipment which is maximised when you get one of their personal trainers to show you proper technique! Honestly they have helped me in my muscle development and weight loss. Not bad having a place to have a swim, chill out in the spa, or sauna after a busy work day in one of the craziest cities in the world. If you’re looking for the best gym in Ealing or even the best gym in London, i highly recommend this place!
