Nice club, nice area, close to tube and buses. Inside is fine, better than what you expect from a fitness club. They have good teams, and personal trainers, and good training machines. Free-weights are excellent, and nice swimming pool.
Don't understand bad reviews here. Its great for what you get.

I have been a Fitness First customer for many years, but since transferring to this club due to my home club closure my membership skyrocketed to three times the price I started off with no notice whatsoever, this happened only a few months following my transfer. When queried the reasons they said it was the result of 'price alignment'. It shows they don't care at all about their clients and given the price. I Will be terminating my contract as soon as I find a similar Gym in the area.

Very poor management, friendly staff, at least until you sign the contract, then suddenly no one cares about you or your opinion or about any problems you have. All they see i your eyes is money. £70 p/m and you can't get a second towel if you need one...please.

They have ridiculous customer service. I went for the 10 day money back guarantee trial. It's been 2 months and I still haven't gotten my money back and they are still charging me.
