The service is usually okay, even great, but today I was not pleased. The cashier saw I was waiting in line, yet he continued to hold a conversation with a woman in the store. I felt ignored. Also, even though I thought I spoke clearly, he totally misheard my name, then when I said it again, he said something about how my name is pronounced in his country, as if to say I don't pronounce my own name correctly. Perhaps he didn't mean anything by his actions, but people need to be more aware of their interactions with customers because things can be seen as discriminatory.
