Finsbury Health Centre & Physiotherapy Clinic

I have just had my appointment at Finsbury Health Clinic for physiotherapy. Booking through the general line was very easy, location was a compromise so I could have the first morning appointment.
The visit started on time. The chartered physiotherapist was competent and made me feel at ease throughout. She answered my questions clearly. A comprehensive description of the symptoms and my medical history was taken before the physical assessment. The only drawback (not a big one for me but it may be for some) is that the visit happens in a partitioned room so you don't have total privacy.

I received a letter asking me to contact a phone no to book an appointment, I tried between the times listed and all I could get was a recorded message which then transferred me to an out of hours extension which was not valid it also gave me a number to ring if I wanted to speack to a physiotherapist this also reffered me to an the out of hours extension. This is very frustraing as I have had to wait 7 weeks already for this referral letter. If this is the service I can expect how is it going to help me recover from my injury.
