During the current crisis I have spent long, frustrating periods on line trying to source the various household cleaning requirements that everyone is needing right now. A well stocked shop on NW4/NW7 borders has most items without having to find a time slot. As I am over 70 I didn’t want to enter the store so while I stood outside, Diane the very pleasant and patient shop owner showed me the selected items and in some cases offered a choice. While some of the goods weren’t the most well known of brands I tried things on her recommendation, all good quality. I also found the pricing to be fair and reasonable.
The shop also sells a variety of gifts and potted plants so I was able to buy something for a family member’s birthday.
The owner carried my shopping to the car and said if I preferred not to come to the store, to telephone and where possible she would deliver the goods to my door. What a great service and all of this with a smile. Thank you Home from Home.
