I brought a set of expensive chairs. They assured me that I would be able to bring them back to the workshop. If there was a problem. When I got home the veneer started coming off. When I contacted them, They said they would not honour I promise and would not fix the chairs or refund them. He was extremely rude,aggressive and threatening. I suggest they do not say the furniture is garenteeed and that they do not threaten and behave aggressively to customers.
