Beautiful jewellery but I was disappointed by bespoke order service.Considering I purchased an item over £1000 the questions I asked were met with rude or sarcastic replies (and answers that were given were then denied upon the next visit). I was made to feel like an inconvenienc. Appointments hurried through and made to stand in shop.
When I collected the item it was shoved in a damaged box - the person dealing with the order never once came and spoke to me.
I was always courteous and flexible about appointment times. I'm disappointed that I have sad memories contacted to my wedding ring

The very first Alex Monroe Jewellery shop is located in London’s SE1 postcode. We are situated in the beautifully named Snowsfields, a road just a stone’s throw from the iconic Shard building which runs between the historic Borough Market and trendy Bermondsey Street.
The boutique is open Monday to Saturday and showcases all of our classic designs, alongside more luxurious 18ct gold, diamond and gemstone 'Goldcrest' pieces.
We also offer an exclusive bespoke service, where you can book an appointment to discuss your dream piece of Alex Monroe jewellery in a one-to-one consultation - which upon commission, will then be made on the premises.
The shop interior is typically 'Alex Monroe' with quirky details and little surprises, bringing nature indoors and mixing the traditional with clean, modern lines.
