Unprofessional and thank you for the laptop repair but they fixed my hardrive and put a new microsoft on there but an error code came up and the guy said wait 4 days then come back they gave me a receipt that didn't even expire bair in mind there reicipt policy is a pieace of paper and 2 months warranty and my error In between then he damanded more money .
They can fixe laptops but they can not be trusted

Getting my computer repaired at Shah Cyber Zone was a mistake. I went to this shop to fix my hard drive, I was assured by one worker that it would be done in 4 days, that he had repaired thousands of computers with this type of problems. But after 1 week I was still waiting for their call. I decided to call them but apparently, they needed to buy a piece in the united states and they told me they would be keeping me updated. 1 week later still no news, I called and ask them to call me back when they would have more information they never called back. 2 weeks later they tell me that my computer is fixed and that I could pick it up, I come to the store but the computer doesn't turn on even though they "have been running tries for 4 hours". Once again they assure me they will call back but since they didn't, I decided to come and pick up my computer even though it wasn't fixed. The good news is that I got my computer, but the back of it is in a very bad state because they didn't manage to open it without damaging it, and the charger is full of dust because it was laying on the floor with the workers walking on it. (you will get your computer brand new they said first), there is no respect regarding the way they treated it, walking on the charger and destroying the joints.
I was really disappointed by the service, I am wondering if it is because they are truly not professional or because I am a girl and it was easy not to do a good job and respect my belongings.
