Needed to make engagement ring bigger but size required was too big a change. I was given no time pressure and a personal service. Suggested a new shank for the ring and they went to the work shop and replaced it with 18 carat shank to match my ring. The same day the ring was returned by 5 pm. Pricing was reasonable and affordable. Please visit the store at 35 Greville road for comparison before purchase of your jewellery requirements as this is an assuming shop that you can easily walk pass as it does not have a visible shop front.
