I found this shop 2 years ago when I was looking for a jewellers that stocked a specific line of necklaces. After umming and ahhing over the pieces I'd come to see, and worrying that my girlfriend of 6 months would be disappointed if I selected something out of character for her, I was shown a necklace that Ian had made and, as well as being affordable, it was infitely preferable to items I had originally in for. Sales were unpressured, friendly and always exceptionally helpful and, because of that, I returned a few months later to get the matching earrings.

When I was preparing to propose to my girlfriend earlier this year it seemed natural to go back to them regarding a ring for the proposal (knowing full well that she wanted to pick her actual ring). Ian was happy to make a ring up from scratch and they went out of their way to keep the costs down. When we went to get the ring proper we spoke with Ian and then went to Hatton Gardens only to be put off by the vulgar stores, high pressure "buy now and save" pushiness and the general lack of occasion to the whole place. So back to Ian we went and once again I got a custom made ring and I now wouldn't go anywhere else for jewellry. Would not hesitate to recommend this shop (and those who we have suggested it to have not been disappointed).
