Would give them 0 if possible. Took my ring in to get made bigger. Told them it’s two sizes bigger however he did not check ring nor did he check my finger but just started bashing away at the ring to thin it out. It has bumps all over it and demanded I pay when I asked him to add more gold and send it off for work. Went for a second opinion and told now the ring is ruined and can’t even add the gold. STAY AWAY dishonest, terrible customer service!

Untrustworthy and dishonest jewellers! They agreed a price with us to buy some gold and then on completion of the transaction actually paid us less!
