I have just made a purchase at this exceptional store. Having spent the previous day being ignored at other Rolex dealerships we were lucky enough to stumble upon David M Robinson at Canary Wharf. No other dealer we visited offered such attention to detail the level of service received was exceptional from the moment we entered the store to the moment we left the store with the purchase. I'm not one for singling out any one person but we must mention Mel who's assistance and knowledge helped us greatly espeacilly for claiming back the VAT. With the current exchange rate the Rolex we purchased was an absolute gem and bargain !!

I recently visited the store with my husband to purchase the Cuff Love bangle he had arranged to surprise me with as part of a wedding anniversary and Christmas present. He had called ahead in advance and they had taken it upon themselves to make the visit incredibly special, one that I will always remember. Not only were we greeted with warmth and friendliness but also a glass of champaign! It turned out to be very special present indeed.
