I recently purchased an egagement ring for my girlfriend from the notting hill branch, I was amazed at the level of excellent customer service i received, i dealt directly with dinny hall herself and her team of gold smiths, they went through all the possiblities with me and advised me on what they could and couldn't do. I never once felt like they were trying tp push me into buying the most expensive item. i left feeling extremly positive with knowing i had a part in designing my to be wifes engaement ring. Thank you for understanding my excitement and nerves at such an import time in my life. will be back to buy my wedding rings in a few months.
