I left a gold bangle in for a small repair and later found that the clasp was split as if cut , it was catching on my clothes roughly. I phoned to complain and was asked to take the piece in. I was treated most unprofessionally, patronised , and spoken down to. They practically accused me of damaging my own jewellery !
Please don't use this business, they refused to accept responsibility for damaging my bangle, refused to refund they cost of this poor work and generally showed little respect.

We were looking for someone to create a wishbone eternity
ring to sit above an emerald cluster engagement ring, we emailed a number of jewellers with a picture and a description with diamond size etc. Dave of Premier gave us the most detailed response with a competitive quote. We visited the shop and met Nick who had the diamonds ready to show us and again we were impressed with the customer service. The ring was made from scratch and is a perfect fit and exactly what we wanted at a fair price. No hesitation in recommending them.

Really disappointed by Premier Jewellers. Having previously had our wedding rings made by them, a visit today to ask them to check my engagement ring (their sign outside clearly states that they make repairs) I was quite rudely turned away and basically told not to go back to them for any similar requests! It may have just been unfortunate with the staff member that was there to serve me but there is no way we will go back or recommend their service after my experience today.
