Barget

Barget salesperson was enthusiastic, she had a good knowledge of their products and lots of ideas.Most standard units were delivered on time and fitted to a good standard. However, all bespoke items were 'forgotten' for months. They have a high turnover of staff which explains the delay to an extent. After a lot of chasing the rest of the goods were delivered 3 - 5 months later. I had to find another fitter to finish the job. Barget never fitted the interior of my dumb waiter which was very disappointing because their enthusiasm about it was one of the main reasons for choosing them. To summarise: I have a lovely kitchen with a few substandard parts but the whole episode left a sour taste in my mouth. Disappointing.
