What a fantastic company! Everything about them is great from the start to the end. Phil is extremely knowledgable about all things kitchens and bathrooms. He is helpful and enthusiastic about his job but never a pushy salesman and that is in probably in part due to him actually fitting the kitchens and bathrooms himself and also due to him being a very honest person who genuinely wants to create the project he has been requested to do. He has gone out of his way to help us create the kitchen we really want and I cannot recommend him more highly!

We have been delighted by the service we received from Complete Kitchens - open to our ideas but ready with helpful suggestions for improvements; always punctual, tidy and considerate around the house (we worked from home throughout the project); easy to communicate with and ready to deal with unexpected hold-ups and changes of mind; skilled and clearly taking a pride in their work. From layout-planning and bricking up doorways to final decoration – it really was an all-inclusive service. We would have no hesitation in recommending Phil and his team to other customers.

Friends had a beautiful kitchen installed & so we used the same firm. From the very first planning meeting to the last coat of paint, everything has been completed to a standard that was beyond my wildest dreams. Punctual; every detail completed perfectly; good advice when I was unsure; flexible when I changed my mind;thoughtful and considerate; I was never pushed to spend more than I wanted. This was a large job, including knocking down a wall, blocking up doorways,decorating and flooring a conservatory as well as installing the kitchen plus all appliances; ground floor was re-wired. I was quoted between 5 and 6 weeks, it was completed in 5 weeks and 3 days. This firm even co-ordinated with an outside contractor who was installing a gas fireplace. They cleared up every evening and we always had water and a microwave, no matter what else was happening. We went abroad for the first ten days -leaving keys and alarm code; great progress had been made on our return, and deliveries and post had been looked after.
