I was disgusted with the service I got from this firm. I provided them with the measurements of my kitchen and a quote that I had received from another supplier, I had already identified the kitchen that I wanted and asked the firm for a quote. Two weeks later I had not received a phone call, so I contacted the owner and expressed my disappointment that I still had not received the quote. He told me that he had not had time but would try and look at it that afternoon. Two hours later he called me with the price however he refused to provide me with an itemised quote. I explained to him that I would not go ahead without this and I thought that the service that he had provided me with was appalling. To which he replied f**k off and hung up the phone.
