Alliance Francaise

They are French using the communicative method - i.e. emphasis on speaking French - which took some getting used to compared to old fashioned approaches. But it does work. The teachers are professional and it is a friendly place. I liked the fact that they have a complete syllabus and compared to where I went previously they make more effort and building classes of people at the same stage. I rate the Alliance Française in London as one of the better language schools and enjoyed my classes.
