Really pleased with the service- am a regular customer and just wanted to thank vina dry cleaners!

Horrific experience, avoid at all costs. Had a v nice suit dry cleaned there and they lost the trousers. They strung me along for several weeks, but once it was clear they weren't going to be found and I pressed for compensation, things became first v difficult, then downright nasty. First admitted they had no insurance policy for lost items. Then said they'd do some sort of compensation deal but refused to be pinned down -finally, when I insisted, they said they'd 'taken a decision' not to compensate me, and began making random accusations, effectively claiming I was lying, v aggressive

Called after their cut-off time and had no problem quickly running some urgent washing, perfectly nice and going out of their way to help me in a bit of an emergency laundry situation.

Very aggressive and rude staff. On the rare occasion I have used their services it has always turned into a very unpleasant experience. on one occassion I was told I had to stay inside the laundrette until the wash cycle had finished?!?!? Also was quoted £40 for a dry clean and got another quote at another dry cleaner for £25. Just awful! I only gave them a 1 rating as 0 and minus was unavailable!
