Michigan Launderette

Started using this launderette last year. Clean premises, washing machines/dryers take a variety of coins but even if I don't have correct coins the place is always staffed with attendant who will give you correct coins. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Only gripe is it opens at 8.00 am but it beats going to the one in honour oak which opens at seven but always dirty, broken down machines and barely staffed.

I used the Launderette today. I found the staff to be friendly, polite and very helpful. I'm ambulant disabled with aphasia so have trouble understanding things but she was excellent. It was unbelievably cheap compared to local businesses. I definately will be back.

The customer service is absolutely is appalling. The woman who works there is very rude, abrupt and argumentative. I will not be returning to this establishment again.

I received very bad customer service here, I do not recommend going if you will need any help. The washing machines are good but if you you need help with how to use them or any help at all, the customer service was very hostile.

If you require customer service, politeness or courtesy this place is not for you. Please improve on this

Facilities other wise clean and okay.
