Initially I telephoned (as I wanted to wash a king size duvet) and the lady (who happens to be a co-owner) was so helpful. Within an hour I had had my washing done and was home again. She is so nice, welcoming, knows her business well and I would highly recommend them. I didn't get your name but thank you nice lady for being so helpful.
