I've dealt with Batchelors almost from it's inception, and never once been let down by them. Incredibly helpful, amazing stock, nothing seems to be too much for them. The only let-down is their mail-order service, which is lousy......baffling, really, when they are so good in every other way. However, if you do ANY kind of leathercraft then Batchelor's "hole in the wall" is the best place to go. You won't find better, and the prices are pretty good, too. Parking isn't too bad, either, if you don't mind leaving the car a couple of hundred yards away.

Batchelor's is an Aladdin's Cave for the leather crafter. You name it, they seem to have it. If not, they'll get it for you. Nice people behind the counter, too. I have dealt with them for years now, and it's always been a real pleasure. No cons, no rip-offs, and the prices are good.
One snag, though.........they're terrible with mail-order ! A great shame, really, because it's the only thing that I can fault them on. Very slow service.
