Very unhelpful, rude, unsupportive, no understanding of customer service, would avoid at all costs in future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LETTING AGENCY. Never normally post reviews, but experience so bad I felt compelled to this time.

I have been trading for over 40 years and have countless positive testimonials from both Landlords and Tenants available on request. I believe that this totaly unjustified comment has been maliciously posted by someone with an ulterior motive.
