Milestone & Collis

Milestone & Collis provided a pretty awful service when we rented a house through them in Teddington. They were very good at taking our money on time, but that's about the only thing they did well.
When we moved in they promised to fix things before we arrived but didn't and we had to do this at our own expense.
When things went wrong with the property they took an age to come and fix it, and gave very little notice if any. Maintenance men would just walk into the property using the agent's key without knocking.
They used a professional inventory service but when we left the property they overruled the comments in the inventory in order to hold back far more of our deposit than was reasonsable.
They also tried to charge us for a professional clean that they didn't actually do!
All in all - awful!
