I would stay clear of this letter agent, dishonest people with poor people skills. Staff are always very rude and find any excuse to keep entire deposit. They have made the last few years of my life hell. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

Poor customer service, with slow response time and no follow up. Perhaps "value for money" but seems to be a scenario of pay in peanuts and get monkeys.
