I've done couple of orders with Mr. Resistor and generally they've been ok, even though the responsiveness and politness is probably below what we have come to expect of online sales companies.
Recently I've ordered some "Mr. Resistor" LED light bulbs; within a month half of them have gone. E-mails go unacknowledged, calls unanswered. I must've been unlucky ...

Terrible customer services and management of orders. Delivery arrived on time, but components were not as ordered. Customer services confirmed the error after a couple hours of investigation on their part, and suggested they were out of stock of ordered item, and that they would send out replacement parts following week. 3 weeks later...nothing

Probably the rudest company I've ever come across. Thought the first, and the second time were a one off but third chance and they well and truly put the final nail in the coffin. Bad company, pay more and go elsewhere I would say.

The worst company I have ever dealt with online, - if you have lots of spare time, want only part of your order to appear and in numerous loose parts, love being fobbed off and treated with total disrespect deal with these people - you wont be disappointed.

Got to be the best lighting shop in London, great staff and very helpful, ask for Ben if you go into their Wandsworth branch. They have such a fantastic range and lights to suit all budget, and great colour changing lights and controls also.

I needed help with a complete redesign of my lighting. With the help of Mr Resistor I was able to choose all of my lighting and controls. They explained the different ways to light each room. They seemed very willing to go through the many questions I had. I am very happy with the service, highly recommended.

They should be good as they have been around a while. Found them to be useless. Assistants did not seem to know too much about the guts of lighting, and what would actually work they stock a wide range but seem to have no idea how it all works.
