Found this company quite by chance online, the showrooom is local to me so popped in to find get some advice. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable bunch, would highly recommend.

Ordered a light online which didn't match the description. Rang to ask why and the woman who answered tried to persuade me that width is now measured on the diagonal!!! Then tried to charge me a 20% handling fee for returning. Luckily I understand online consumer law and after checking my facts with Trading Standards I rang back to complain. Suddenly I was offered all my money back. How many other customers have had their money taken in this way? Avoid this company at all costs.
