They have very limited opening hours and seem reluctant to answer the phone even when they are supposedly open... Having now tried calling 5 times with no answer before the lunchtime window I suspect its now time to give up.

The products look good and are reassuringly expensive. Unfortunately they are poorly finished and the staff unhelpful. What a shame.
