Very average Hollywood. Rough, red raw and still left with hair. Friendly staff and clean salon but would not recommend for waxing.

Awful treatment! I had a 75 minute facial, acupuncture and massage and the whole experience was very unpleasant. The cubicles were shabby and there was a huge amount of noise made by someone cleaning and banging outside the cubicle. The man doing my treatments heard this noise but didnt do anything about it. The massage and facial were both very poor. I was on the verge of walking out, as the noise made it not relaxing at all and the quality of the treatment was awful. I was there for 50 mins extra as I'd been forgotten about during the various parts of the treatment. I would not recommend!

Dr Du has magic hands - don't miss the wonderful lady if you want to feel truly balanced and happy. Yes, it's true that the first time you go herbal remedies are proposed but you don't have to buy these, nor do you have to sign up for multiple treatments unless you choose. You can walk in from Oxford Street after doing some serious shopping....and walk out at peace with your purchases and your health!

went for knee pain, got conned into paying for 10 treatments £400, then conned into buying herbal teas£300, acupuncturist didn't speak english,each week a different prescription for something else they found, note taker forgot to write down some crucial info,in one session I had 3 different non English speaking therapists come in and do a different part of the treatment, others would come in whilst "relaxing" with needles in and in their subtle way had a really loud conversation in chinese over me, did 5 out of the 10 sessions, really basic, no real service, take money and go through the motions. went to physiotherapist instead, fixed.Oh and no one rang to check why I hadn't come back, bothered nah, money has gone through...next!

Sorry Herbal Inn it didnt work on all counts for me.

I had 3 accupuncture treatments for sciatica, and also had my health checked out by the Doctor. The Doctor and the staff were very friendly and most helpful. I am now feeling the benefit of my treatment, and will certainly use the practice again if I should need it.
