I find the Guild a very friendly and welcoming centre. Apart from getting me "out" the exercise class I attend is very theraputic helping my mobility also Liz the Instructor is very knowledgable about how to keep our muscles working.
The lunches are excellent and the staff (Anne, Hamish, Fred and volunteers) all do their best to help all who attend.
